Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-28 · effective Oct 28, 2026
Version 2026-10-28
Welcome to Handpage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Reyhan Berdimyradov ("Handpage", "we", "us"), who provides the Handpage app, the website handpage.app and the services that come with them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Handpage
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country sets a higher age for using a service like Handpage without a parent's consent. If you are under that age, do not create an account.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read these Terms with you and agrees to them.
• You may not use the Service if we have banned you before, or if the law forbids you from using it.
• Give a true date of birth and an email address you control. One person may not create accounts to get around a suspension or a ban.
2. Your account
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your sign-in codes and devices to yourself, and tell us at once at support@handpage.app if you think someone else has used your account.
• Your username and profile must not impersonate anyone or mislead people about who you are.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. What happens to your data then is explained in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your pages and who can see them
Handpage lets you make pages with text, pictures, video, audio, documents, links and other content, and share them with a code.
• Public: anyone who has the page's code or link can open it. A public page can also appear in search engines such as Google. If you do not want a page to be found, make it Targeted or Private.
• Targeted: only the people you choose can open it.
• Private: only you can open it.
• A page can also be limited to a place (it opens only near that place) or to a time (it expires).
Treat a code like a link: anyone you give it to can pass it on. Choose the right setting before you share, and do not put on a page anything you would not want the people who can open it to see.
4. Your content
• You keep all rights you have in what you create and upload ("your content").
• So that we can run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example resize, compress or convert to other formats), display and distribute your content, only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service and to show your content to the people your settings allow. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for a limited time, content we must keep by law or for an open investigation, and copies other people have already saved or passed on.
• You confirm that you own your content or have every permission needed to share it, and that it does not break these Terms or any law.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.
5. Strictly forbidden content and conduct
You may not use Handpage to create, upload, share, link to or request any of the following, in text, pictures, video, audio, documents, links, profiles or any other form:
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises, grooms or exploits a minor. We have zero tolerance: such content is removed, the account is banned permanently without warning, and we report it to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the police.
• Sexually explicit content or pornography, and any intimate image of a person shared without their consent.
• Violence and threats: threatening, inciting or glorifying violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or content that shows serious violence to shock or degrade.
• Content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
• Harassment and bullying: targeting, intimidating, humiliating or stalking anyone, or publishing someone's private information (such as an address, phone number or documents) without their permission.
• Hate: attacking or demeaning people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or serious illness.
• Illegal goods and activities: selling or promoting drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or other illegal goods or services, or helping anyone break the law.
• Scams and fraud: phishing, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or misleading people to get their money, passwords or data.
• Malware and harmful links: viruses, spyware or links that harm devices or steal data.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand or organisation, or misleading people about who you are.
• Infringement: content that breaks someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Spam: repetitive, unwanted or automated content, fake engagement, or unsolicited advertising.
• Misuse of the Service: scraping, bots, guessing or collecting page codes, getting around a place or time limit, a block, a suspension or a ban, attacking or overloading the Service, or trying to reach data that is not yours.
• Using the AI features to create any of the above, or to get around these rules.
6. How we enforce these rules
• Content on Handpage is checked by automated systems (text, images, frames of videos, covers and links) and reviewed by people.
• Anyone, even without an account, can report a page or a profile from the app or the website. A page reported by several different users may be hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it.
• When content or conduct breaks these Terms or the law, we may, depending on how serious it is: warn you; hide or remove the content; limit features; suspend your account for a period; or ban your account permanently. Serious violations, such as those involving minors, violence, threats or illegal activity, may lead to a permanent ban at once and without warning.
• A ban ends all your sessions, blocks you from signing in, and keeps the email address of the banned account from being used to sign up again. A banned account cannot be deleted by its owner; we keep the records needed to prevent abuse and to defend legal claims.
• We may keep evidence and share it with law enforcement or other authorities when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect someone's life or safety.
• When we act against your content or account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law, or the safety of others, prevents it.
• Appeals: if you believe we made a mistake, write to support@handpage.app within six months of our decision, with your username and what you disagree with. A person who was not involved in the first decision will review it, and we will tell you the outcome. Where the law allows, you may also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court.
7. Blocking and reporting
You can block other users and report pages and profiles. Blocking stops a person from sending you pages. Please report anything that breaks these Terms; reports help keep Handpage safe. Do not misuse the report feature: false or abusive reports can themselves lead to action against your account.
8. AI features
• Handpage can write or edit pages for you with artificial intelligence, from typed or spoken instructions and from files you attach.
• AI can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. You are responsible for checking what it writes before you share it, and for what you publish.
• Do not give the AI content you have no right to share, or personal information about others without their permission.
• AI use has daily and monthly limits that depend on your plan.
9. Paid plans
• Some features need a paid plan (such as Pro or Business). Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.
• Plans are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You manage and cancel a plan in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• Deleting your Handpage account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
• We may change plans, features and prices. A price change applies from your next renewal, and the store tells you before it does.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Handpage infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@handpage.app with: your name and contact details; the work or right you say is infringed; the page code or link; why you believe the use is not allowed; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them. We will act on valid notices, may remove the content, and will ban accounts that infringe repeatedly. The person who posted it may answer the complaint.
11. The Service
• We work to keep Handpage running and safe, but we may change, add or remove features, set limits (such as storage, file sizes or AI use), or stop the Service, in whole or in part. If we stop the Service, we will try to tell you in advance.
• Handpage is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything important.
• Links and embedded content from other services (such as YouTube or Spotify) are provided by those services under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content (including content written by AI or by other users) is accurate or suitable for any purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Your responsibility
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from content you post, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law. This does not apply to the extent that a loss was caused by us.
15. Ending these Terms
You may stop using Handpage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 6, or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as sections 4, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 17) continue after these Terms end.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect, and ask you to accept the new version before you create or change content. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.
17. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you live in a country whose laws give you more protection as a consumer, you keep that protection, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. Before going to court, please contact us at support@handpage.app so that we can try to solve the problem together.
18. General
• If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service, and we will tell you if that happens.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• These Terms are written in English and translated into other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
